RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or your order number must be included with the return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.
Regular-priced items may be exchanged for a different size, provided they meet the return conditions above. To request an exchange, please contact us at help@techniquescombat.com before returning your item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Techniques Combat will cover the cost of shipping the first replacement item back to the customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered or is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@techniquescombat.com. We will make every effort to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
